I applied for a job at Iracom Logistics as a customer support agent. I got hired immediately. After 2 weeks of 3-5 hrs training without pay everyday via zoom calls. I was made a live agent. His promise was that we'll get paid monthly from the 1% commission that we get for every load that the drivers we recruit. 1 month in on being a live agent, we asked him when we'll receive our pay. He says, "next week". So we continued to work from 8am - 4pm five days a week. That next week turned into another week. And so I worked as a live agent for 6 weeks for free. After that, I can't contact Chris in anyway. He doesn't talk to us in zoom anymore. He just makes announcements through team leaders about what work we should be doing. So he requires us to continue working, but avoids speaking to us at all cost. So when he gave us new work, I said 2 months of work with no pay is enough and left the meeting. After than I got removed from the LiveAgents Group of the company and wasn't invited to zoom calls anymore. I doubt I'll ever get my pay. I asked former agents and found out that he's been doing this fraud for 2 years already.
