I was applying for a loan online and was applying for the amount of $5000 to help my family and I move. I got an email from the company saying that I was approved for the $5000 and to call them ASAP. So I did. They first wanted me to get a Reloadit card and put $250 on it to make sure that I could pay the monthly bill. So I did. It took them 2 hours to process it. Then after they got it processes they said in order to get my loan I needed to go and buy another Reloadit card and put $275.62 on it for the transaction fee for $5000. I questioned them multiple times. So I went and bought another one and I put $280 on it just to make sure I had enough because I was being rushed and forgot the exact amount. When I called them with the card I told them that I put $280 on there. They didn't say anything about it being the wrong amount. Because it was so late I had to wait until the morning to check my bank and see if the loan had been deposited. When I checked at 10am central time on Saturday August 22nd 2015, there was no money in my account. I called them, and then was told that I had put the wrong amount on the card and that their machine could not take a dime more or a dime less than what is needing to be charged and that I have to redo the whole Reloadit card. But now I am out of money, I have less that $2 in the bank, they took it all. So I asked for a refund. In order to get a refund (OF MY MONEY) I have to $141.11 for the transaction fee. I am not able to pay this due to the fact, I don't have any money in my account. They keep asking to ask other people but I can't.
