I paid for what was supposed to be shorts and top. And 8 package with 8 shorts and 8 tops. When the package arrived almost a month later all they delivered was a scarf. I contacted them sent the tracking number and pictures of the item that was delivered along with the receipt of what I paid for. They want me to paid to return the item to China for them to send me the item I already paid for. At this point I do not believe I will get the items I have paid for and do not believe I should have to pay to return the item I did not order. This is the return address they want me to return the item to 2004, Building 5, Guangming Gangyuan, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China.

I do have all emails between myself and the company.
