Don't fall for the Amish woodcrafted birdhouses advertised on facebook. Go to a legit website. Never order through facebook, go to the website itself.

I ordered the products in June. Delivery was scheduled for July 5th. To date, nothing has arrived. I contacted the seller via email. They took no responsibility. Supplied fake international shipping info. They advised me to file a missing package complaint to the Post Office. I went to the Post Office twice. Both times different people specified that the tracking number wasn't valid. I contacted the seller many times. Since no delivery was made to the Post Office, I could not file a complaint. The seller wanted to provide a 30% credit. Numerous times they pushed back indicating they had to cover their cost of doing business. I explained that their costs were not my concern and that they needed to make me whole. A couple of weeks ago they indicated I would receive a full credit. No credit has been made. I reached out again and they indicated that the issue is with their "finance" team for review and to wait another week.
