I ordered three bird houses and a pile. I kept asking where my order was and finally they said it was delivered (it was not). I checked with the post office and was told the tracking number was not a legitimate number. I have written and written to the seller but have not received a refund or my order.

The site seemed legitimate but they said I had received my item when I had not! The post office said the tracking number they gave me was not a legitimate U.S. tracking number. They said they could or would not refund my money unless the post office gave me something saying it wasn’t delivered, but the post office couldn’t without a real tracking number.
