my family and I searched Rottweiler breeders in NJ. Chommie Rottweiler quickly emailed us and sent pictures of beautiful puppies, their parents and videos. We asked questions like anyone would and once we found out they were located in Utah we were uncomfortable with the idea of the puppy being put on a plane. I will attache the text message exchange below. I stopped responding to the contact when they pushed for payment prior to providing a sale's contract and also payment prior to showing vet documentation of vaccines for puppy. They were pretty convincing and I could see how they would get away with scamming people. There is no way this is a legit breeder and has to be a scam. That is why I am contacting you. I have emails and pictures of text messages between us. The last text messaging seller asks me how soon I can make payment and when I asked to see the sale's contract and puppy vaccine information first they responded, no you will see that paperwork after payment is received. I questioned this and they replied because "that's my policy."
