I had placed and order for 3 pairs of shoes and per the website you were to get a tracking number when the order shipped between 3-5 days. I waited til after the 5th day and sent an email about it wondering why when I would log in the order still had not shipped at that point and how much longer. They said that it had shipped and they were having difficulties with their system showing that it shipped and tracking numbers, I understood because I know all this technology sucks sometimes and does mess up. So I waited a few more days and went back and it was still the same so I emailed again and was told that it had shipped and to wait a few more days. Did that, never got a confirmation email, no email with tracking info, nothing. So yesterday I went back and logged into the site and there was a tracking number finally available, I clicked on it and it said the order was delivered at my house on May 24th and the order was placed on May 20th, so I contact and tell them I had not gotten a package at all and they said to check with neighbors and as these shoes were for my kids I got upset because none of it made sense so I contacted my USPS post office here in town and explained everything and said that they never got a package through their facility with that tracking number and that scammers usually reuse tracking numbers and so I contacted them yet again afterwards letting them know what my post office said and have not heard anything since.
