I ordered clothing items from Chola Loca Clothing on their Instagram page I received a confirmation email for my order back on May 2022 I then emailed this company in June twice and in July and I never received a response back regarding my item I had purchased I then messaged them on their social media account quite a few times and did not receive a response they are highly active on their social media accounts constantly posting on a daily advertising the merchandise well finally in August I received a response to all my attempts too ok get an update on their Instagram account asking for my address I provided my address once again and did not receive a response after that I Messaged them again on their Instagram account asking for an update and this was in September I received a response asking if I would be OK with the item that I purchased but in a different color I said OK Today is October 27 of 2022 and I messaged them again about a few days ago on their Instagram account the person running the page viewed my message and did not reply again I was asking for another update and reminded them of the two contacts that they made about my purchase to me I informed them that I still have not received my purchase nor have I received anything asking if I would like a refund upon going through their post on their Instagram page I didn’t notice that there were other individuals who had placed orders around the same time as I did and we’re asking for updates and asking this individual to view their DM‘s on Instagram people were asking her what’s going on with their order and this individual has not acknowledged any of them
