I ordered a Barbie dream house last January . After the company told me 8 different times it was being shipped and got lost in shipping. I didn't receive the dream house and they won't refund my money or respond to my emails. This should be illegal and the company should not be allowed to sell in the USA.

So I too didn’t see any reviews when ordering from this very fraudulent person/company. I ordered a $65 Lightsaber for my son. They first took 2 weeks to ship. When I went to purchase it said it would come from the US but it ended up shipping from China. What?! Then we finally got it over a month later and what we received were face masks. We tried to go back to the link for the Lightsaber and it is no longer a good one. We emailed them and they acted confused and actually asked me if I received the wrong item lol! They are scammers so please stay away!

When I first placed my order from Chokerloz, there were still no reviews available for the site as it was only registered at the end of the year 2019. So I took the chance even though there are so many red flags. I paid with a consumer protected card and did not wait long to cancel the payment. The red flags start with the number and address. The phone is in a totally different area code than the address location. Not something you see with businesses not using a cell phone. The address google maps into the middle of nowhere. The website was registered in San Diego. Then there are the prices. Everything on the website no matter what you purchase is similar in price. The discounts on older collectible items are 70% of what they were when it was brand new. The shipping does not take long, but you will get the wrong item, that is something really cheap. Then you will be asked if you still want it or a refund. If you opt to still receive the item, you will be given an false tracking system that looks legit, but only if you follow the link they provide. If you go directly to the actual shipper, the tracking number will not be found. If you do choose for a refund, they will ask you if only a 70% refund is ok, because of the fake order and the cheap item they sent you. Say ok to they 70% back and they will make claims that the card you used has the money tied up and it will take some massive amount of business days before you will get it and after all that you won't see a dime. They will then stop replying to your emails. The phone number never has a person that answers. Good thing I canceled payment two days after ordering.

I purchased a play set for my daughter in May. It took time to ship, but understand with COVID. The tracking said it was to be delivered today. What came was not the play set on my invoice, but two face masks. I have contacted them for either to correct product or a full refund.

I had purchased a Hotwheels Ultimate Garage back in December 2019. No product although shown delivered. I had to go behind the scenes with the USP to get information that this package (large I might add) was never delivered. The seller after giving them this information sent another package...states "received and out for delivery" then lost the next day. Contacted them again and the USP and still nothing. So after yet another week or so they offered me a 60% refund on a product I ordered but never received. I told them that that was not okay and to resend my product. They refused to say it could get lost again and then up'ed it to 80% refund. After arguing back and forth I agreed to get almost all of my money back but that was on 4/20/2020...here we are 5/28/2020 and another email sent this morning. I truly DO NOT understand these people. I mean it's just utter ridiculousness.

I should have looked more carefully into this ahead of time, but alas, I made a purchase yesterday. I got an email confirmation of the order, but when I went to look up my order online there was no record of my email address. Now based on what I'm reading above, I'm suspicious. I plan to keep an eye on this and then will be reporting through PayPal in a few days if I hear nothing. So fatiguing to deal with scammers.

On January 21, 2020, I searched a play set for my grand daughter and found Chokerloz. I made an order for $169.00. The website claimed deliver within a weeks time. A few weeks went by and I sent a follow up email and checked my credit card to see if it was changed. The actually charged my card $182.53 and still no play set as of 4/13/20. They have responded to my emails with several excuses. They said they could only refund me 60% and now they are just saying it is being processes. This business is a scam and people need to be aware of it. I have reached out to my bank in hopes that they can do something.

My son wanted to buy a Godzilla figurine from this website, after over a month nothing came in the mail. Then they delivered a counterfeit cartier bracelet and won't deliver the figurine. I contacted Cartier who told me they've been stealing people's credit cards and personal information. I have since canceled that card and am reporting them so others can avoid the same grief and potential issues related to your credit card and personal information being sold.

On 1/24/20, I searched Google for a toy set for my daughter's birthday and came across this vendor, Chokerloz and what appeared to be a legitimate business. I made an online purchase from this website in the amount of $66.82 and the vendor immediately charged my credit card. The vendor name on my credit card statement is 'National Pork Producer'. According to the vendor's website, YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3-7 WORKING DAYS! however I have yet to receive my order. They also state in the delivery section of their website, We will send you your tracking number in 36-48 hours after receiving your payment. This also never occurred. Today, 2/3/20 I attempted to contact the vendor at the phone number listed on their website. No answer. The phone number listed on my credit card statement is different than the number on the vendor's website and is not a valid phone number. This business is a scam and needs to be dismantled.
