I purchased items from this online clothing shopping mall website more than 3weeks ago.

But, the order status is still in processing, and the website didn't even notify what's going on or what I should expect for this purchase.

Since I didn't pay small amount of money, I wanted to rather cancel it and get a full refund.

But, there's not even the cancellation option even if it hasn't been shipped yet.

According to the comments from other people on their official instagram, it hasn't happened only to me.

They are not answering my email.

I have been trying to get an address to send back two dresses I ordered from there site and it does not look like the ones in the picture nor the size is way too small for my teenage girls. The color isn't right so all I have been doing is trying to send it back and get my refund they keep giving me the run around and not telling me where to go. What can be done bc that was a good 80.00 I lost out on from a company that needs to be shut down bc they can't do there simple return policy.
