i filled out a survey and replied i was on cpap they called and i thought they were legit so i ordered the product. said i didn't want order for 3 mos. They called the next day and said the order is ready. So i called from a different # to cancel. They were not actually Choice Medical but something else. This has been going on for 3 months now. They will not cancel! I think they may be scamming medicare. They just called now again! I have not received anything but that means nothing! I foolishly gave my medicare # to them and that is why i think it's a scam. Now their phone number is suddenly disconnected! 825-842-5155
