I bought two items from here - one item was never shipped, and the other item was INCREDIBLY cheap quality. I wanted to return the one item that was shipped to me, but they refused to accept my return despite their supposed return policy. This place is a scam that sells fake products and will run off with your money - DO NOT BUY FROM CHLOESHE!

I was advertised a clothing piece through an Instagram ad, which I bought after checking the terms/conditions and return policy. I paid $37.99 for the product (on sale from $55). When the product arrived to me, it had a hole in the neckline, a bluntly cut drawstring with frayed edges (not a part of the design), and loose, unraveling strings at the waistband. The product looks nothing like the photos on the website. When I reached out to the company's "customer service" to ask for a refund, they suggested that I sew the hole myself. When I declined this suggestion, they offered me $3 to have it "fixed by a master outside". When I again denied this offer, they offered me $8 and 30% off a future purchase, or suggested that I return the product and pay for the return shipping. This is a complete scam.
