Purchased a pair of boots January 2020 that never arrived. After 8 months they told me to ask my neighbors that the boots were received in Georgia, I live in California.
Even today they’re still promising a refund they never send.

I ordered two pairs of boots December 20 and now it’s been about a month. No tracking info from them and just a promise that it’s on its way. Then I saw another complaint about not getting merchandise. I believe it’s a scam and I’m never getting the boots. They do communicate by email but no specific info about shipping, just promises.

I never received my dark brown duchess chelsea boots after ordering them on Nov 23rd, 2019. it has been well over a month, and instead of issuing my refund that i requested after i complained to them on Dec 23rd, 2019 that i still didnt receive my boots, they tell me that my product got may have got lost in transit or something like that, and that they would push my order as soon as possible, but then in the same email they tell me that they are of stock of the boots I ordered and "kindly advise" as they put it, for me to buy something else for the same price. Soon after that, they stopped replying to my emails about requests for refund. I am not sure if i will hear from them again. DO NOT order from this website! They also have the same boots I ordered from them on another website called "Sandalsvibe", and the price and discounts are EXACTLY the same on there. RED FLAGS! Btw... I had accidently put that they were from Massachusetts, but they are Asian scammers I think based out of taiwan.
