I received an email purporting to be from Chicos.com regarding a sale. I believe I deleted this email since I can no longer find it. I clicked a link in the email, ordered a number of items and received a confirmation from Chico's ([email protected]). I went to view my order through a link in the confirmation email and was brought to the https://www.chitopsus.com/ website. When I entered my confirmation number, it said my order was shipped. It had a tracking number and to track my package I was directed to :https://www.17track.net/ This then directed me to download a "tracking app". At this point I knew it was a scam, realized the website was not chicos.com and checked my credit card activity. My credit card was charged for the same amount/date from a website YOSFA.COM from RYE CO 81069. I have reported the fraud to my credit card company and canceled my card. The www.chitosus.com website is still active as of this morning.
