Bar owner received a call stating that they were late on their electric and the power would be shut off. Was told to go to Dollar General store and get 3 moneygram pre-paid debit cards and put $211 on each card. Then instructed to contact 866-755-0009 and ask for Amy to give them the numbers. She would get a call back in 5-7 minutes with a confirmation number. Lost $633
