I seen an add on Facebook for a kids truck bin organizer, after checking online to see if it was legit, I found nothing saying otherwise, I paid for it. They sent me confirmation that looks alot like the "shop pay" app. Then a tracking number that I could never really track. I asked for a refund and they told me wait they are celebrating the Chinese new year.

The add showed up on Facebook, clicked on it, shows there’s reviews for the item, purchase the item, received a tracking number, received an empty box. Tried to contact them, the only thing listed is an email. No phone number no response, item is also no longer on the website, but other items are still on the website.
