Placed the order online, looked legit and the seller immediately created a "shipment notice". When I tracked it for a few days I noticed it was not moving at all. I contacted the company, and they said it was their shipping partner and there was nothing they could do. I looked them up online and saw numerous complaints about not shipping. Apparently, they take your money and order from another company overseas. They create a bogus "shipping order" so it looks like they shipped the product, but they have not. I contacted them again and asked to cancel the order and they refused, stating in was in transit already, which it is not. I reported it to my bank as a scam and I'm waiting for their response.
