I google the chime customer service number because something wasnt right with my account. I called the number that came up and spoke to a person who stated he was Chime Customer Service and he would assist me he gained remote access to my phone and transferred all my money to an email address and stated they wanted to make sure my account was working properly and the money would be sent back to me immediately. I waited 20 minutes and my money was never sent back and when i tried to call back my number was blocked. I called back from my husbands phone and they answered and acted as if they wanted to assist me with help and then once my husband said they took our money they hung up the phone and then blocked his number as well
