I received a Debit card in the mail from this company and I never signed up for anything with this company. I called to get it fixed and they said it could only be disputed over e-mail. I e-mailed them and they initially just blew it off and said to destroy the card. When I told them that the account needs to be canceled they proceeded to ask me for a clear picture of a photo ID and My social security number. I refused to send them that info but gave them the information on the account. They still refuse to cancel the account. It is my belief that there isn't an account and they are just trying to get my information.
