We had purchase 4 chill sacs for our children and paid extra for next business day delivery. We waited a few days to see if it would come since it was coming from Canada. It's been 5 business days and I contacted them by the only way its listed which is via email. That should have been a red flag since no number or address listed on website. Now we have to wait 60 days from our bank to refund our money. I hope no one else gets scammed! We received nothing! No response or chill sacs.
