Ramsey County said they were a vendor using our organizational name and EIN. Loss amount to us is being determined. They may be doing this with other funders too, which has to be investigated. Online info reveals Jessica Boner associated with 5850 Omaha Ave N. We have never heard or her, nor know her and don't know how she got our EIN to use. Need email to upload proof. Over $1000 in losses. More to be determined. Maybe tens of thousands of dollars. We are registered with the Secretary of State who said no one else should be using our name in Minnesota. We are not affiliated with an adoption agency in Missouri created and filed after we filed in Minnesota. Other things happening in our name by others fraudulently using it is yet to be determined. Please email us for further info.We are about 31 yrs since filing. People we help includes veterans and veterans are in our organization, both female and male.
