I noticed an add for clothes at ChicWish during a search I was doing (for something else). I ordered the clothes on 1.15.22 and it took about 2 weeks for delivery. I went on-line to get a return slip (per their directive) to return some of the items, about 1 week after receipt. The website indicated that it was too late to make returns. The website further indicated that I should send an email to [email protected] for help. I sent an email to this address on 02.06.22 and have received no response. The website also provided a phone number @ 415.244.2879. When I called the number I received a message indicating that "The mailbox belonging to 415.244.2879 is full and cannot accept new messages at this time. Please try again later. Good-bye." I tried again twice on 02.07.22 and received the same message.

In summary, my complaint is that I am not able to make a return of any of the items I ordered - within a reasonable timeframe of 30 days upon receipt.
