I placed an order online thinking this was like a temu type website. Before placing an order in the beginning of April, I chatted with customer service and was told I would recieve my package by Easter (end of April). So i placed my order and the friday before Easter sent a message asking for status. They told me they have no control over customs and i had to wait. They used a website called "17track" for their tracking info which when they sent snippits of the website it showed the tracking number, but when i went to the website it said the tracking number was invalid. But when I asked them to clarify they said it was valid and my package was on its way. Fast forward to last week when I got an email from the "tracking company" saying my package was delivered. I emailed the company saying I did not receive it, they told me they would resend the package but I'd need to pay for shipping. I told them I would not be paying for shipping and wanted a refund instead, their response was this:

"We are very sorry that you did not receive the package successfully, but please allow us to explain to you the possible reasons why the package was not successfully delivered.

We ship your order to the address you provided. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be because the address you provided is different from your actual address, or the address you entered is not detailed enough.

The logistics consulting website I sent is a world-renowned website. You can see from the logistics information provided on this website that your order has been successfully delivered. Now that you informed me that you have not received the package, we can only try to apply for a claim with the courier first, but they cannot compensate for all losses of the order if the package is delivered.

Therefore, we would like to know if you are willing to accept a 50% refund? I know this is difficult for you, but we have also suffered a great loss, after all, these products themselves were sold at a relatively low price. We would be grateful if you could understand our difficulty."
