We ordered 2 kitchen organizers (I would link the picture, but they removed it from the web-site). What we ordered was made of metal, had 5 tiers (made of wire mesh), was the height of the kitchen counters, and the tiers swiveled. They send us something 3 tiers, made from dollar store plastic, that was shorter than my cat. From the beginning, they offered us 30% back, but never once offered to send us what we actually ordered, because they never had it. They commit fraud, and count on the fact that it would be too expensive to return to China (even though they ship from Pennsylvania), to get us to swallow being ripped off. I had to pay $44 to return something that I didn't order in the first place, in order to get my refund. They are pulling bait and switch on people, selling things for $50, and giving them something they could get at the dollar store for $3, and counting on them not being able to afford time off work and the expense of returning a package overseas. We used PayPal because it has a reputation for protecting the consumer, but I am still out $44. (I am not blaming PayPal, and am not expecting to get anything from them, I am just pointing out that consumer protections don't help when they can make you ship their junk to China to get your refund - which for a lot of people probably cost more than what their refund would be).

I was only able to put 1 email and webpage, but I also want to call out [email protected] as their fake support (who keep trying to get you to accept 30%, because "shipping back to china is so expensive, its better to cut your losses and accept being ripped off for $60 instead of $90" (they don't use those words, but that is what they are saying).

I would also like to call out their facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Chicospro-Shop-112484170923294/community/?ref=page_inte...⇄ which features many other people who got something they didn't order, many of who paid less than the cost of returning the item, and therefore felt forced to "eat it"
