I ordered clothing online from this company that presented as a "ChicMe" website. They sent me the wrong size shoes and I asked for shoes in the proper size or for a refund and I would return the shoes. They refused to do either and gave a ridiculous amount of refund ($10). I was tired of arguing with them and agreed. When I called their "customer service", the lady I spoke with said it was from mascara that I ordered, which I did not. I don't recommend ordering anything from Facebook ads as it appears to be scams. I hope someone else benefits from my losses.
