Purchased $30 of merchandise and never received any of it.

Purchased 4 items from this website and received only two when contacted the company they claimed the items where no longer available that I should exchange it for something else. They tried to force me to exchange it from a Male catalog which the items that I purchased were from a female catalog. When I requested a female catalog after several attempts they finally gave me a catalog to choose from. but once again I did not receive any items.
