We ordered a 2 ton floor jack for 59.98. We ended up getting a rope and pulley system!! If we wanted our money back, we had to return the rope and pulley to China and not to the Jamestown, NY return address. $28.00 to send the rope and pulley back to China!!!!! I think that they do this on purpose and that is how they make their money. A scam if I ever saw one.
