Chickenpedia and Keepers Guide provides access to assist backyard chicken keepers with access to online tutorials and supposedly provides additional live guidance and assistance to go along with access to the Chickenpedia website. I did attempt to use the service and received no response via Messenger (one of the reasons that I decided to cancel the service). The website professes at several points that there is a 100% 30-day money back guarantee

My first attempt to cancel occurred less than a week after the purchase date. After receiving no response for several weeks. I attempted to email them a second time and sent a mailed letter request as well.

I addressed the letter to the address listed on the Contact page of the Chickenpedia.com website. There is no phone number and efforts to use MESSENGER and the website messaging system garnered no response. My letter and emails clearly stated the request for refund and were sent to the only methods of contact provided by the company with no response or refund whatsoever.

This company reels people in with the promise of a money-back guarantee with no intention of following through on that guarantee.
