I ordered a $200 purchase from this company and when I went to cancel and get a refund the next day I was told they take great care to the orders they receive and to wait for the shipping email. So I emailed them again saying why I was canceling (my family was in the hospital and I could no longer afford the skates) they told me I couldn't get a refund and that I can wait for my family to get better and were completely not understanding. It felt criminal and inhumane how I was treated. I had to contact PayPal to get a refund because the company themselves would not issue one to me.

Ordered a pair of $110 dollar skates I really liked and received an email stating I’d get notified when they shipped out. Days passed and they never reached out to me again. I was never given a shipping number, the skates were never sent out, and my money was stolen from me.

Ive sent numerous email requesting a tracking number and when the item was shipped and are given excuses that the post office is in busy season. Regretfully after checking online, they apparently have a reputation for scamming people and not sending the orders. Why is PAYPAL STILL allowing them to have a paypal account? They need to be banned from Paypal IMMEDIATELY!

Ive escalated my paypal dispute with the seller to a claim with Paypal directly.

* The seller has not responded to the dispute

* After doing research after having issues with seller, this seller seems to have problems with other buyers and paypal accounts that NEVER received their items. See below:

I purchased skates through this company because they had custom skates but never received the skates. The only way to contact the business was through email. They couldn’t give me any tracking number or information to my order. The have already took my money out of my account. I ordered in January 18, 2021 and still have not received anything and it’s February 2, 2021. They should be able to at least send me information to track the package but they have not.

I was researching to find cool rollerskates, I came across this website, loved the skates. I bought a pair for $100. A week later I never received any tracking information. So I reached out to the company. They emailed me back right away telling me not to worry it was a busy season and they would get it to me as soon as possible. It’s been a month now, every time I email them they email me back with, your order is on its way. I looked them up, definitely a scam. There are no comments on any of their social media content! Huge red flag. I’ve asked for my money back and now they won’t respond.
