This company is the embodiment of terrible customer service! I placed an order on 4/13. Their own website states that the products should arrive in 3-5 business days. After a week of not even receiving that the order finished, I attempted to call and email on a daily basis. No one picks up or responds. I finally get a hold of someone yesterday, then after providing the number, they put my on hold. After 15 minutes of waiting, they hang up on me. You better believe I called right back. Right as I call back, they put me back on hold. After more waiting, I finally get a hold of someone else. That person tells me the parts keep coming in damaged and they keep requesting new ones. Why did have to take this long for anyone to tell me that - after days of attempting to reach out. Then the person gives me a half assed response saying that they'll refund the money if it doesn't come by today. I receive an email right before closing that the order will be refunded.

Warning - Unless you like being kept in the dark and pushed around - do not order from this unprofessional, irresponsible business.
