Ordered boots, never received. I have sent email after email, always computer reply. Request a refund. Got an email back with tracking info. That site is a fake. I emailed again request a refund. Email return answer we are working to process your order again with the tracking info. They have a nice website so it looks legit, but don't trust just because they look legit

I placed an order for boots as a Xmas gift in Dec. I’ve emailed, texted and tried to call. Never get a human response it’s all automated runaround. They don’t even have a business phone. It goes through Google abs they never answer. Don’t waste your money on this fake [censored] store. You’ll receive absolutely nothing in return except for some automated emails that talk in circles.

We ordered the boots they have on the website on December 11, 2021 first incident was that they double charged us through PayPal.

This is a scam! Hopefully your company can delete this website that is stealing through website.

They don't have a phone number, they send an email yesterday 1/11/22 stating they delivered merchandise yesterday, and we never received anything. We called our banks to report this sick scam company that doesn't exist, and it's stealing many persons.

I placed an order for scrunched leggings on April 1st and have not received my order yet. I have contacted the company numerous times and they keep telling me they're a "small company" and because of COVID-19 their shipping is delayed, but this is absolutely unacceptable. They refunded me $6 "for my inconvenience" but I spent over $50 and at this point I don't even want the leggings, just a refund. I've tracked my order everyday for 2 months and the package has not moved since 05/17. When I contacted the company they just repeatedly tell me to keep tracking the package.

I ordered some leggings back on April 19th and still have not received any of them or even heard back from the company as I requested a refund weeks ago due to not receiving the leggings or hearing back from anyone regarding why I haven’t received them yet. I’m extremely annoyed as I spent a lot of money towards this company and feel this company is a scam and want my money back.

They sent me an item that did not appear to be the same that I ordered. I purchased the black pair of "tik tok" leggings. Their site depicts a thick grey waist band on the black pair.

The issues with the received item: The waist band is a couple inches shorter than what is depicted on the site. The waist band is also black instead of grey. The pair that I received also has several lose strings.

When I initially contacted them, they asked me to show them what was wrong with the item. Then they informed me that the item was non refundable. This was not listed anywhere on the items description, or my receipt.

It has been two months since I have received my order I have emailed over and over and they just keep saying they can not refund me and they will not give me a tracking number I spend almost $90 on my product and I just don’t understand what is so hard about telling me I can have my product back. When I look at the reviews they have done this to multiple people. But there add is all over Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok everything and it’s false advertising. This is a terrible company that I hope gets shut down. I just want my refund and to never have to buy from this place again. 2 months is ridiculous for a product. The tracking number they gave me does not work and it says it’s unknown as to where my product is. And they never refunded me any type of money.
