Disappointed

On their website they say each items is carefully chosen by them, but that not true, it’s dropshipping. Item came directly from China to me and the quality and material is different than what is shown in their pictures. It looks very cheap. It took 3 weeks before I got my package. I wish I could return it. Definitely not worth the 105$ I payed for it.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I searched on Google for a baby bed, like the Snuggle Me Lounger, and the Chic Baby website came up. They said that they were based in Montreal, Quebec, and were a Canadian company. I purchased their baby bed as it was cheaper than Snuggle Me. It came in the mail from China and was absolute garbage quality, smelled bad, and looked nothing like the pictures that they used on their website, which I believe they have stolen from Snuggle Me.

The reviews on their website are all fake. I gave them an honest review on their website, and then they emailed me about it, threatening to take legal action against me as I said the truth about their product and of course they never published it on their website. Even though they say on their website that they offer free returns for their products, when I wrote them an email asking to return the product, they said that they do not accept returns of opened products. However, they said that they would make an exception for me, but I returned the item to them by mail and we have not received a refund from them on my credit card yet and I do not think that they will refund me.
