This company was offering a free product if you paid shipping. I paid the shipping and received the product. Next month I got a bill on my card two different times for $99.85. After looking online I found that you had to cancel your order Within 14 days; however, it did not say anything about this in my original order. This is a scam and I would like any information I can find to contact them. I tried a phone number and no one ever answers. When you go online they have disappeared. Help me please

I bought a trial CBD oil for nine dollars from an ad on Facebook. The next month I get charged $99 twice because they said if you didn’t cancel after 14 days, which I wasn’t aware of, it gets delivered every month. On their invoices they leave no contact information,No address, no email, no phone number and nothing about the 14 day trial. I finally found the phone number on my bank statement after over $480 in charges. And now they won’t refund all the money and they want a $19 restocking fee on every bottle.
