Cheyenne Valley / Chimpton Health Reports & Reviews (1)

My elderly dad clicked on an ad telling him that George Bush wanted him to try these CBD products for joint pain. He could try them "for free" as long a he paid for shipping. The link took him directly to a page where he entered his shipping information, phone and email address. When he clicked "continue," the next page asked for his credit card information, which he entered. Unbeknownst to him, or anyone else that falls prey to this scam, he "signed up" for two $99 per month subscriptions. He received no email receipt, nor any information about the subscriptions.

A month later, I looked at his bank account and asked him why he had 2 $99 charges from getchimptonhealthstore.com. I called the number on his bank statement, and the customer service person said my dad ordered products from buycheyennevalley.com, and explained that he signed up for 2 subscriptions. I cancelled the subscriptions and asked for a refund. They refunded $70 of the $198.

I went to the webpage buycheyennevalley.com to go through the process to see how my dad could have missed the message about the subscriptions. THERE IS NO MESSAGE! If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page, in the footer, there is a tiny link titled "Terms and Conditions." This is a total and complete scam taking advantage of the elderly.
