There was an ad on Facebook for discount pet products on chewy.com. once you click through the advertisement it takes you to a page that looks very much like one you'd see on the real chewy website. Only it isn't chewy. This is a scam and unfortunately I fell for it. The item was supposedly shipped from china, using a fake tracking number. It "arrived" but I have yet to see the items I ordered. Three communications have either gone unanswered or were only responded with tracking information. No refunds have been given. No phone number listed on the website and no physical address either. Better business bureau denied my claim for a refund twice because I couldn't provide to them a physical address of the company. I can't locate one, I thought that was their job. I don't even have a zip code. Only an email address. I guess I have to just face reality that I'm out all this money . But I refuse to let others make this same stupid mistake. Do not purchase through Facebook ads and do not go to chewy outlet.com. they are not associated with the real chewy.com.
