On March 21, I saw an ad on Facebook that I knew was too good to be true, but it kept popping up and they followed up with email about items left in checkout cart. I ordered through my “trusty” credit card thinking I would be covered if it was a scam. So I ordered a luxury travel crib for 24.99- total $31.98 from Highenddream.com part of Chestnutsugar. After payment confirmed, I was never able to contact them. After 2 weeks, I reported it to my cc. They took it off but then the scammers gave them a tracking number and showed where it had been delivered so they put the charge back. I got the tracking number and checked -it went to my town but not my address and this tracking number came from Amazon(who had nothing to do with this order). It was even shipped prior to the day I ordered it. So now I am fighting my credit card company who definitely did not have my back.
