I ordered 3 pairs of Jean Leggings 1 gray 1 blue 1 black. 2-4 week delivery. I waited 4 months to receive 3 blue jean like leggings from China! I was under the assumption the company was in California! I have exchanged several emails with this company and when I returned the product to a California address it is showing not a reachable address.! I emailed again and they told me they Are not refunding me because I didn’t follow protocol!! Still hasn’t returned the order I sent back!

I ordered a pair of jeggings from their website and used the sizing chart as a guide. I ordered a pair of jeggings that should have fit my size.

when I received them, the product looked like a child size. They are sooo small and not all what the pictures show nor does it match their sizing chart online. So i requested a refund. It took three emails before receiving a response only for them to refuse issuing a refund. I explained the product doesn't' match what they advertised and still nothing. I don't understand how a business that has so many complaints and reported scams is still allowed to be in business when it's clear this is a every day practice for them. They should be allowed to get away with it.

Ordered headphones May 12th 2020. Currently July 21st, 2020. Only received an email saying they will be shipping and then no response to any emails. Refuses to refund money or reply. Did not receive anything. Flat out stealing people's money.

I ordered these stretchy Jean's 2 pairs an have yet to receive them , cannot get a hold of the company at all, they did take my money , that's for sure , I have tried many ways to get help , but have not found any help at all. Do not ever buy anything without finding out more info about these companies. I thought it was legit , saw on Facebook, thought all was good, I was wrong .

This is a consumer site that advertises all products from household goods to clothing and everything in between. I placed my order with them the first week of May - pending COVID, I was expecting a longer wait time, but after a month with no update, I reached out to their customer support. The response was almost instant, and they did ask me to wait another 15 days to get a tracking number, but now nearly 45 days since my initial order, they have stopped responding to my emails, there is no number to call to speak to anyone, and they have not issued a refund at my request nor responded to the request. I wound't have minded waiting longer for my order, but the fact that they are no longer responding leads me to believe that they never intended to ship my order to begin with.

The product was order end of March finally supposedly shipped on April 25th and has never moved since and it supposedly in California
