So I message this person on facebook marketplace about a car and the person gave us an email to email and so we did everything was going great the payment of 1400 went through and then ebay messaged us that we had to pay 2000 for shipping insurance so we did and then they said border security need 2000 to finish shipping it and we did not pay that but when called to get a refund they are Not responding to emails and ebay is not responding to calls
