They advertised on Facebook that they sell home wreaths for doors. Purchased one that was about 34 dollars a month ago. I even paid for fast shipping which was 8 dollars. Was told I’d receive an email when it shipped. Never happened. Emailed the email provided on their website about week later from purchase on an update of my order. No reply. Sent another email earlier this morning warning that I wanted a refund since on their website it states you can get one if order has not been shipped. No reply still today. I went to their Facebook page, and it seems many others have had same issue.

False advertising. Product half the size of what was advertised and used extremely shoddy materials versus what was pictured. Terms and conditions state full refund if not 100% satisfied and they have been giving me the run around offering 10%, 20%, 30% refunds. Terrible business, avoid.
