I saw an ad on Facebook for a foldable kayak and directed me to this website called Cheryah.com. I thought the website was legit because of the comments on the Facebook post however, upon further research, it looks like it is a scam site. It has been over a month with no update and now their site is no longer working when I try to look it up. As far as I know my card information seem safe because there has been no additional charges. Also I received a strange scarf in the mail that I did not order, I looked it up online and found out it is a thing that happens and it is called a brushing scam. In the YouTube video, I found someone commented that they ordered a treadmill and got the scarf instead. So I am pretty sure this is what happened to me.

I want to report that so no one else falls for it like I did because I did not know that Facebook could advertise fake websites but now I know better.

Saw an ad on Facebook for foldable Kayaks, buy 1, get 1 free from Cheryah. Ordered them. Got an email a few weeks later saying they were delivered, but i did not get them. I took the tracking number to my post office and they advised me, it was not a valid tracking number. The first time I contacted the company, they told me to check the post office, now I am not hearing back from them after checking with the post office.

*Please note. The phone number i gave for the merchant is my phone number as I could not locate a phone number for them.
