I saw an ad on Facebook for a foldable kayak/paddle board for $45.99. The ad said it was fully refundable if not satisfied. It said refund shipping would be paid as well. I made the purchase and about a month later I received a scarf in the mail. When I contacted the company, they said I could get a refund once I sent the scarf was sent back to China - at my cost- Or I could keep the scarf at a small discount. After numerous attempts to get my money back, they kept trying to make me keep the scarf for a reduction in price. Because of this my bank refused to press forward on my behave. In the end I had to accept their offer of a refund for the product minus the shipping cost of $10.99. I just requested that today and don’t know if I will actually get it.
