I tried to purchase some items for my birthday I purchased these items from them in March I emailed them and asked them where they be to me before April 7 my birthday was April 9 they emailed and said it takes 5 to 7 business days it should be fine there is no delays blah blah blah I did not receive anything after 5 to 7 business days I emailed them to cancel my order they respond to my email with letting me know that the government has shut their shipment down this is down and that is down because of the government and when the government gets the OK that they can start their employees back to working that’s when they will ship my things out I totally disagree and immediately emailed them letting them know that I disagree I was very unsatisfied and I’m very unhappy this is not how you do business if you knew the government wasn’t allowing you to ship out anything you should not be accepting anyone’s hard-earn money for items that they are assuming there will receive an eminedly fashion if you knew that the government shut down why are you accepting payments that advertisement I was fund since I still have not received my refund I just received an email saying that they would refund me my money and they still have yet to do so
