I received product that was not at all how it appeared online (basically just sheets of cheap fabric). I then reached out to customer service and they started saying they could give a partial refund and stated a return policy completely different than what’s on their website. After a couple of emails back and forth (of me demanding a full refund) they have stopped responding all together.
