Puppy scam

we drove out here to CA to pick up our puppy that we paid for, went to the address she provided in the message and the contract. When we arrived, only to find out that it was the wrong house. We have been trying to reach out to her via messenger and text, and email and call, got no response. She was aware that we were here in CA, we gave her the ETA and all the updates. We are really concerned and confused. We have been very tired from driving since 3 30 this morning. Received all communication until we arrived at "her house" then got nothing from her since
