I never signed up for this site to my knowledge.
I don't play games online. I never have but somehow they got ahold of my bank account information.
I never made an account with them, meaning I never actually logged in with a username and password. Therefore I never used any of their games.
When I asked for my money back they refused. One person said we are sorry for your unfortunate circumstances. They said we can't give you a refund but we closed your account.
The next person said you don't have an account with us so we have no record of you to give the money back to.
I don't think they are a real company. They can't be a legitimate online account.
Please help me get my money back??
