I order some chocolates for a friends birthday on 3/3/23, I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure it made it for his birthday. It is now 3/19/23 and no updates have been received on the order. Their customer service is non existent, there’s no phone number to contact anyone and the multiple emails I’ve sent have gone unaddressed. I’ve even tried using their live chat and never got a response.

The website seems safe, however, once I placed my order on 12/13/22 I got a receipt emailed to me and have not heard from them since despite multiple attempts to contact the seller after not receiving my package. I then investigated further and found multiple reviews of this company saying the same thing happened to them that their package was never delivered and the company stopped replying to them.
