I contacted this person in regards to a monthly arrangement. After I sent payment, I did not receive the services I paid for. This morning I received an email from the same person threatening to send me to a collection agency if they do not receive payment claiming they "calculated" the price for a full consultation. Any legit business owner would have done that beforehand. I proceeded to contact the owner of the website they use (commercejs.com/merchant). The owner goes by "Andrew" and so far they have been incredibly unhelpful. I have sent multiple emails and they usually take days to respond. There is no helpline or telephone number to call either!
