They are saying a check I wrote in 1997 I owe them for. I told them that I filed bancruptcy in 2005 and backed it up to 1984. So I don't owe the check and it's beyond the statutes if I do owe it because I did bank at suntrust bank but didn't owe any money. They have been harrassing me for 2 months from all number from all over the us and Japan according to my caller id. I've asked them to stop. I placed myself on the do not call list. I've already recieved a letter from the government saying that my identity had been stolen because I am on disability.
