I had been applying for an installment loan. I received a text message from John Green from Check Into Cash informing me that I had been approved for a $5000 loan and to call the number to finalize loan. I called they took all of my info then I was transferred to the "Senior Loan Officer" named Thomas Lee. He said in order for me to get my loan I need to insure the loan and it would cost me $150 for the insurance. I informed him I had never heard of that and he said he is trying to help me and I need to listen to their terms to get a loan. I told him I needed to get into work and I would call on my break.I then called a local Check into Cash and asked if they make customers get insurance on their loans and they informed me they do not.

I received a phone call yesterday from a mediation firm with Victor Gomez. I was told that I had to pay $988.00 now or I will be served with papers for a summon to court! He knew my name my address my phone number and personal information. They said I owed a place called check into cash the money from October 28,2012 - 6 years ago that was an unpaid debt!
