The guy who calls himself David Robinson, is threatening my wife with a warrant for her arrest because of a payday loan supposedly in 2009. He said that he had a data base from the government to track her information to contact her. When we called the number back, the recording given in a woman's voice states " If you have already been served, please contact your local county for more information. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law". Then, David Robinson answers the phone every time knowing who's calling before even given that information. He says she owes $785.00 but he will reduce it into two payments of $250.00 each. When we spoke to him today I bought more time to look into this further. Mr. Robinson left two voice mails today telling my wife to call him immediately so he could rectify the situation with the attorneys involved. What's going on here?
